At Pensacola Youth Ballet, our mission is to Encourage, Empower, and build Confidence through Engagement. We believe every student holds Elegance and Beauty within that when Refined, allows them to not only pursue dance, but become remarkable members of their community, painting a world of colors beyond imagination.

This is your chance to be part of the show. Students auditioning should have prior experience and must be at least 8 years of age by July 18. Rehearsals are on Saturdays from 9-2 and performances will be the first weekend in December.

Step Up For Students

Quality ballet training is now made more accessible for Students through the Step Up For Students program. This scholarship opportunity helps Florida families choose educational experiences that best support their child’s growth, creativity, and future.

Eligible students may use their scholarship funds toward our ballet training programs.

Pensacola Youth Ballet is a pre-professional program for children ages three and up, as well as adult classes and "Dance With Me". We utilize a progressive syllabus to prepare students for a professional career in the arts. Our focus is on our students growth, and development in all areas, including building a diverse performance resume. We believe it is necessary for each student to have opportunities that challenge, encourage, and improve their overall confidence according to their technical and artistic level.

In addition to the multiple performance opportunities we offer throughout the year, our studio serves as an audition hub for professional ballet summer programs. We are always trying to expand our students education beyond our studio walls and into the professional arena. Our students benefit from guest instructors and supplemental classes in theatre and music, as well as resume and self marketting, dance history, and cross training among others. We also offer opportunities for our students to travel, train and see performances of other companies.
