Baby Rocks is a fun and exciting dance class using energetic and upbeat music to get moving with your baby. Incorporating line dance, guided movement and freestyle dance moves, this class is a great way to have fun, exercise, and connect.
Tuesdays 10:00-10:45 and Saturdays 10:45-11:30
"Dance With Me" is for ages "1 walking" to 3 years with an adult. This 45-minute class focuses on group work, following directions and fostering a love for dance. Learn the fundamentals of movement and musicality with games, and props. Build coordination and strength! No dress code is required just wear something comfortable to move in. Bare feet, socks, or ballet shoes prefered.
Mondays and Tuesdays 4:00-4:45
Unleash your child's imagination through movement!! Our Kinder Ballet classes engage students with a range of playful dancing, story, and crafting activities. This class is age appropriate for developing basic motor skills, while learning numbers, colors, shapes, words, and songs.
"Adults Only Fridays" offers an opportunity for ages 18 and over to pick it up where they left off or start fresh as a beginner. We have several classes including Beginning and Intermediate Ballet, "Styles class" (Jazz, Contemporary), and Adult Salsa.
